✿ DIY Baby Tutu ✿
This is the simplest tutu you will ever make- and adjustable!
Just measure out the circumference you need in yarn (plus a little more for tying) and knot strips of tulle onto the yarn! I knotted two strips at once because it's faster that way.
My cutie pie at 1 week old!
She is made for the camera! :)
